Gufler Mansion owner Ben Kohl says ownership of the Gufler Mansion has been “everything we expected and more” as they look to their first full year of ownership with great anticipation.
The Kohls took over ownership from Brad and Susan Cochennet back in August of last year and Ben Kohl says the experience picked up pace very quickly, especially in October.
Rather than being a deterrent, Kohl says the quick pace of October, followed by a slightly slower yet still busy holiday season, only further energized him and his wife, moving forward with Kohl saying he hopes every month can be like October. In order to accomplish that goal, Kohl says there are some key areas they will need to focus on moving forward, including increased publicity and awareness within the local community and beyond…
