OPELOUSAS, La. (NEWS 15) — An Opelousas man was arrested after investigators determined a house fire with two people inside was intentionally set, according to the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal.
Officials reported Antonio Livings, 22, of Opelousas, is charged with aggravated arson.
