Meade’s motions hearing was scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17.

Negotiations will remain open until that Feb. 17 hearing. Meade was originally charged with First-Degree Kidnapping, Sexual Assault, and Felony Menacing.
