MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) — Members of the Madison City Council tell News 19 that good news is on the way for people who live near a “dangerous” intersection.
The city said it will soon be installing a stoplight at the intersection of Burgreen Road and Hardiman Road.
Madison approves annexing Costco into the city
The “T” shaped intersection is near James Clemens High School and the new Madison City Schools elementary school, Russell Branch Elementary School. Not only does it stay busy with school traffic, but also through traffic from the many neighborhoods in that area.
