HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A vehicle that caught fire has blocked traffic on a Highway 31 South on-ramp from Highway 544, Horry County Fire Rescue said late Tuesday morning.
The incident is under control without any injuries, HCFR said. Towing crews will remove the vehicle.
