STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — One Staten Islander just wants to know what happened to a trash bin he ordered from the city months ago.
Michael Monopoli recently contacted the Advance/SILive.com to say that while he ordered the NYC bin in the fall, it hasn’t been delivered, and no one can tell him why.
