EL CAJON, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) —The city of El Cajon is considering a new program to store homeless people’s items after clearing out encampments.
According to a report from the El Cajon City Manager Graham Mitchell, Lemon Grove and San Diego have already implemented similar programs to store items after the city issues notices of an encampment clearing.
