CEDAR PARK, Texas — Cedar Park police have arrested a 21-year-old man accused of firing a gun during an altercation in a Target parking lot earlier this month.
Omar Gallardo-Garcia was arrested Jan. 7 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with a Jan. 3 shooting. It occurred at the Target located at 1101 C-Bar Ranch Trail, according to the Cedar Park Police Department.
