GREEN BAY, Wis. – More than 250 dairy producers from throughout Wisconsin, nearby Midwestern States and several other industry professionals attended the recent 22nd annual dairy summit at Lambeau Field sponsored by the Alltech family of companies, a global leader in animal nutrition, crop science and sustainable agriculture solutions.
Attendees gained practical insights into new strategies and technologies from trusted experts and made connections that helped move their operations forward.
The two-day event began with bus tours of two of northeastern Wisconsin’s most progressive and innovative dairy farms: Wayside Dairy near Greenleaf in southern Brown County and Kinnard Farms in Kewaunee County.
Wayside Dairy’s cows could fill 400K cartons of milk every day
Owned by the Natzke family, Wayside Dairy is a five-generation farm that has been producing high quality milk since 1863.
