OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Several months have passed since residents were forced out of City View. The move gave residents and the neighborhood a chance to start over again.
Ten flights of stairs, no working elevators and a spinal cord injury that made climbing impossible. That was former City View resident Cody Janison’s reality.
“Elevators would be broken on holidays, both elevators mind you,” said Janison. “I was living on the top floor. Mailboxes getting broken into pretty regularly and the crime was high. My floor alone had doors broken in on it and they stayed broken in for months.”…
