ST. LOUIS — A St. Louis taco shop known for its birria, the slow-cooked Mexican beef dish, is shutting down its brick-and-mortar location at month’s end, but will continue in other ways.
“It is with heavy hearts that we announce Tacos La Jefa’s last day of restaurant operation will be January 31,” Tacos La Jefa posted on social media Monday evening.
