ROCKFORD — Hard Rock Casino Rockford had more than 1.4 million admissions last year, the third highest total of the state’s 17 casinos.
Hard Rock, 7801 E. State St., trailed Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, which had more than 2.9 million admissions, and Wind Creek Chicago Southland, with more than 2.1 million admissions, at the top of the list for Illinois’ most-visited casinos.
Last year was Hard Rock’s first full year in operation after opening its doors to the public on Aug. 29, 2024. The casino racked in $146.1 million in gross gambling revenue in 2025, according to data from the Illinois Gaming Board. The state board requires casinos to report monthly gambling revenue, admissions and tax allocations.
