JENKS, Okla. (KTUL) — Construction on the Highway 75 bridges over Polecat Creek in Jenks is set to resume Jan. 19 after being paused due to the discovery of an active bald eagle nest.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) has received a federal permit from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service allowing the project to continue under strict conditions that protect the nest.
