BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Joshua Vaughn, a member of the Sons of Hell Motorcycle Club (Hells Angels affiliate), was sentenced to six years in prison for assault cases last week, according to Kern County court officials.
Vaughn was sentenced on January 10, 2026, after being convicted on December 10, 2025, of assault with a firearm. He had previously pleaded not guilty.
In one case, Vaughn was involved in a June 2024 joint law enforcement investigation. Vaughn was identified as a member of the Sons of Hell Motorcycle Club, a sub-affiliate motorcycle club that takes orders and direction from the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.
