AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Powderhouse Road connector project is about 60% complete, with 267 days passing since construction began, Aiken city officials said during Monday’s city council meeting.
The construction started Monday morning on the bridge across the Savannah River bridge that links Aiken and Richmond counties.
The project’s first phase at the South Centennial Connector is expected to finish this year, according to the presentation.
