BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood joined Kern Radio on Monday and was candid about Zack Scrivner’s mother, Kathy, and her involvement in allegedly trying to stop the victims from talking to officers at the scene.
On Monday afternoon, Sheriff Donny Youngblood shed some light on deputy body-cam video taken on the night of April 23, 2024.
While speaking on 96.1 with host Ralph Bailey, Youngblood said while deputies were talking to two male juveniles in the Scrivner home that night, Kathy Scrivner approached them saying quote, “what is going on here, You guys do not need to say too much ok. Just keep quiet.”
