Man accused of killing father found incompetent to stand trial

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A Bakersfield man charged with murder in the death of his elderly father has been found incompetent to stand trial, according to court records.

Alfred Juarez Jr., 49, was ruled not competent during a hearing Tuesday in Superior Court, records show.
