WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A man was arrested for a hit and run that killed a pedestrian on Monday, Jan. 12, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department.
Police said Kayla Marie Allen, 28, and Alphonzo Galloway, 55, were crossing in a marked crosswalk on E. Sprague Street when they were hit by a car.
