GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Former tenants of the condemned District at West Market Apartments have been scrambling to find new housing since the evacuation on Dec. 15.
Many people relied on family and friends in the area for a place to stay. Others relied on colleges to provide housing, and others are using the Greensboro Housing Coalition, which is offering a hotel room through Jan. 31.
