NORTH PORT — The city of North Port, City Manager Jerome Fletcher and Vice Mayor Barbara Langdon have been dismissed from a lawsuit related to a local radio station.
Robert Malloy, who was previously the Community Broadband Radio Association executive director, filed the complaint. It was filed July, 2025, according to court documents.
