DES MOINES, Iowa — A 67-year-old woman has died after she was hit by a car in the Sheridan Gardens neighborhood Monday night.
At 7:30 p.m., DMPD officers and Des Moines Fire Department rescue personnel were dispatched to the intersection of Hubbell Avenue and Douglas Avenue after callers reported a pedestrian had been hit by a vehicle.
