PEWAUKEE, Wis. – A Waukesha County Sheriff’s deputy is recovering after accidentally shooting themselves in the foot at the Waukesha County Technical College firing range in Pewaukee.
WCTC says the incident occurred 8:23am on January 13 while deputies with the sheriff’s office were participating in a private training at the facility.
The deputy is now recovering at a nearby hospital, their identity was not provided by WCTC or the sheriff’s office…
