The cause and manner of death for the special education teacher found dead in Lake Michigan has been revealed.
Following an autopsy on Tuesday, the Cook County Coroner’s Office ruled Linda Brown’s death a suicide by drowning, according to public records reviewed by PEOPLE. No additional information has been made public by the medical examiner, according to local Fox station WFLD and CBS Chicago.
