New Orleans Police Department officers and agents from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security executed a search warrant near the intersection of St. Charles Avenue and Broadway Street Tuesday afternoon.
The search warrant is in relation to an ongoing investigation, authorities say. According to WDSU, officers placed an individual into a police cruiser. A plainclothes officer told The Hullabaloo that the investigation is drug and gun-related. Other details of the case were not disclosed.
