GARDEN CITY, Idaho — Garden City inaugurated a new mayor Monday night, marking the end of an era and honoring the outgoing leader who served the community for decades.
Bill Jacobs was sworn in as Garden City’s mayor during a city council meeting, along with new council members Teresa Jorgensen and Wendy Carver-Herbert.
