Suspect arrested following Spokane County construction site burglaries

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – A suspect was arrested and a large amount of stolen property recovered after multiple construction site burglaries across the county, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO).

The investigation began in December 2025 after reports of stolen tools, building materials, appliances and electronics from various sites. Detectives from the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Unit (SCIU) identified the suspect through social media posts attempting to sell items matching those reported stolen.

Search warrants were executed at a home near East 1st Street and South Napa Street, where detectives recovered a significant amount of stolen property, two vehicles registered to the suspect which matched the vehicles used in some of the burglaries, as well as approximately $2,500 in cash…
