Spokane high school students walk out to protest ICE killing in Minnesota

SPOKANE, Wash – Hundreds of students from several Spokane-area high schools walked out of class Tuesday morning to protest the ICE shooting in Minneapolis.

Organized by Spokane Students for Human Decency, who said students walked out of class at 11 am “in solidarity with the family of Renee Nichole Good, a woman tragically murdered by ICE, as well as the families of detainees affected by ICE detention and human rights abuses in our own community and nationally.”
