Malta, NY (WRGB) — A 52-year-old Malta man was arrested Tuesday night following a traffic stop that escalated into a vehicle pursuit and search involving a drone, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop around 10:04 p.m. Tuesday on East High Street in the town of Malta after they say they observed a vehicle being operated erratically. The investigation led to the arrest of Bradley Crannell.
Authorities say Crannell initially stopped but then fled the scene in his vehicle, prompting a pursuit. The chase ended near the old Spa Brauhaus on East High Street, where Crannell reportedly abandoned the vehicle and ran into a wooded area…
