CARMEL, Ind. — A man was arrested after he allegedly went to a Carmel tavern, and recorded multiple women using the restroom.
Mason Harpe, 23, was charged with the following:
- Voyeurism, a Level 6 Felony
- Voyeurism, a Misdemeanor
The Carmel Police Department was dispatched on Oct. 11, 2025, at 1:11 a.m. to a pub at the 220 2nd St W in Carmel on a report of a physical disturbance.
Upon arrival to the scene, the manager told officers that a man was being accused of filming multiple individuals in the women’s restroom. The manager said that the victims were chasing Harpe through the tavern which caused “significant disruption.”
According to court documents, the victims told authorities that Harpe was recording them using his cellphone while they were using the stall in the women’s restroom…
