Family members of Fort Wayne quadruple murder victims testify on bill that would require defendant’s presence for victim impact statements

INDIANAPOLIS (WPTA) – Family members of a woman and her three children murdered in Fort Wayne in 2021 testified Tuesday about a bill that would require people convicted of crimes to be present for victim impact statements during sentencing.
