A winter weather advisory has been expanded to include the northern tier of Pennsylvania as rain transitions to snow later today, bringing hazardous travel conditions through tomorrow morning.
Plummeting temperatures and gusty winds will compound the danger as an arctic front sweeps through the region overnight.
