MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A driver was killed after crashing into a truck while trying to escape law enforcement, according to U.S. Marshals.
On January 13, at around 9:30 p.m., Memphis Safe Task Force initiated a traffic stop on Madewell Street in the Frayser area after they noticed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed.
