Nashville-based Silicon Ranch is expanding its Millington solar farm.
On Jan. 8, the Memphis and Shelby County Land Use Control Board approved a pair of special use permits for the first and second phases of a nearly 140-acre solar farm at 8414 Armor Road in Millington. The board approved the permits via its consent agenda.
