A development company up for consideration for a major new Worcester development was fined $5,000 due to past violations by one of its subcontractors involved in an apartment project in Worcester.
The Menkiti Group’s 20-unit apartment project on 204 Main St. was found in non-compliance with the city’s responsible development ordinance in August 2025, according to a letter sent from the city to the development firm.
