ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Plans for a seven-story, 44-apartment building on Walnut Street received preliminary final approval from the city planning commission Tuesday.
Known as The Quarter, the project by applicant Sean Billings, of Acela Architects + Engineers, of Allentown, consists of a subdivision of two lots.
