BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Deputies from the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office have arrested someone linked to a $17,000 golf cart theft. However, the cart is still missing.
According to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, the victim told deputies she paid someone to haul her golf cart to a repair shop. The cart never arrived. When she followed up, she got several explanations, like the cart being stolen. Then, communication just stopped.
