A new restaurant brings the heat, the smoke and barbecue flavors to Green Bay’s west side.
High Kaliber Craft Kitchen, 126 S. Broadway, had a soft opening on Dec. 31. Dustin Johnson, the owner, operates a food truck and catering service in Little Chute and stated that he had been searching for a physical space to continue operations during the cold months.
