NEW ORLEANS — A loud gurgling sound echoes from a gaping hole in the 8300 block of Willow Street, as dirty water streams steadily onto the pavement.
Residents in this Uptown New Orleans neighborhood say they’ve watched the sinkhole grow larger over the past several days.
