SPOKANE, Wash. — New structures are going up as part of the North Spokane Corridor (NSC) project in Spokane, and the Washington State Department of Transportation says drivers will continue to see more progress in the coming months.
“We’ll be elevated through this entire stretch, so it will be a lot of upward movement that people will see in the coming years as well,” said Ryan Overton with WSDOT.
