Spanaway Loop Rd S witnessed another instance of the notorious center turn lane violation during this week’s early morning commute. In a routine enforcement of traffic laws, Deputy Cappetto pulled over a driver for exceeding the legally permitted distance within the center turn lane, as reported by the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department Blog.
