CINCINNATI (WXIX) – All lanes of northbound Interstate 71 are closed at the Lytle Tunnel in downtown Cincinnati due to a semi crash and fuel spill, Cincinnati police tell FOX19 NOW.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
No life-threatening injuries were reported, police confirm.
