WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (WJW) – Early Wednesday morning, the Ohio Department of Transportation said all lanes on I-90 eastbound were blocked in Willoughby because of a crash that took place Tuesday night.
FOX 8’s Patty Harken reported the crash involved a semi and car and occurred around 11:30 p.m.

Shortly after 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Harken reported from SkyFOX that wrecker trucks were on the scene and in the process of clearing the crash from the State Route 615 ramp.
Harken said I-90, as well as the ramp, were open.
