Push to review religious vaccine exemptions after teacher allegedly nearly dies

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Cases of measles continue to spread in Spartanburg County with state health leaders reporting more than 100 new cases in just the last few days.

State health officials report 124 new cases since last Friday, bringing the total related to the outbreak to more than 430. More than 400 people are currently quarantining.
