MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted for questioning in a case involving first-degree rape (strong arm).
Marshall County Sheriff’s Office officials said the initial incident occurred in March 2024 and was reported to law enforcement in May 2024, after the victim in the case became aware of the rape resulting in pregnancy. The victim in this case is a family member of the suspect and has since given birth to the child.
The MCSO is actively searching for Bartolome Sebastian (other names possibly used are Miguel Sebastian and Sebastian Miguel Bartolome). Authorities said he is a Guatemalan national, approximately 46 years of age, with black hair and brown eyes, and is believed to be in the country illegally.
