ALCOA, Tenn. (WATE) — Jim ‘N Nicks Bar-B-Q held its grand opening in Alcoa on Wednesday, the city of Alcoa posted.
It is located at 1111 Franck Street. During the ceremony, Vice Mayor Tracey Cooper welcomed the business, and Jim ‘N Nicks donated $2,500 to the Boys & Girls Club of Blount County.

6 News previously reported that the restaurant was being built at this location as the city continues to grow. There are locations in other Tennessee cities, including Knoxville.
It is open for lunch daily from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday the restaurant is open from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinner. On Fridays and Saturdays, it closes at 9:30 p.m.
