MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WSMV) – Murfreesboro City Schools (MCS) are encouraging students and staff to wear their favorite hats to school on Wednesday to honor the late first lady of Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
Elizabeth McPhee died last week. She was 72. McPhee was an educator for decades, most recently at Rutherford County School District.
