A San Diego Appeals Court has upheld a verdict for former news anchor Sandra Mass.
This comes as her former employer, KUSI TV, appealed an equal pay lawsuit. Mass sued the station’s owner, alleging it violated equal pay laws, and paid her less than her male co-anchor.
