FAIRFAX, Iowa (KCRG) – Nearly 100 people filled the Fairfax city council meeting Monday night to discuss the ousted city clerk, Cynthia Stimson, with the meeting starting out heated.
On the agenda was re-appointing Stimson to her position of city clerk, but that failed to get the necessary votes to move forward.
