A shooting on Bertrand Drive on Monday night has left several business owners and customers shaken.
At the SAS Shoes store in the same shopping center where the shooting occurred, manager Debra Jules spent part of her Tuesday afternoon sweeping up shattered glass after bullets tore through the store’s front entrance.
“It doesn’t feel safe honestly, and it’s scary,” Jules said. “Thankfully we weren’t here because we have bullet fragments all over the store. Anyone could have gotten injured.”…
