Biosolid spill from Tulsa truck shuts down roads in Sapulpa

First responders are working to clean up a major mess stretching from Tulsa to Sapulpa after a truck hauling biosolids leaked material for miles before stopping.

Officials say a semi hauling treated wastewater, also known as biosolids, from a Tulsa plant began leaking material from its trailer as it traveled south. The spill continued for several miles and was not contained until the truck stopped in Sapulpa.
